Dental prosthetics such as dental fillings, crowns, and bridges are simple and affordable ways to help restore both optimal appearance and functionality. As experts in restorative dentistry, we proudly offer patients a variety of durable, attractive, and dependable options in oral care techniques.

Fillings

Constructed from either resin or ceramic compounds, referred to as composite resins, fillings are placed within tooth cavities, restoring the strength and integrity of the affected tooth. Filling types include:
Direct — Fillings that are prepared, placed and adjusted in a single visit and are made from glass or resin ionomers or composite resin.
Indirect — Fillings that require two or more visits to properly place. They are used to restore teeth that are extensively damaged, conventionally though not enough to make a crown necessary. The first visit includes the preparation and impression, the filling is created by a dental lab and then placed and adjusted to fit within the cavity. At our office, we use CEREC technology with which we can deliver these fillings the same day.

Crowns

Providing structural strength and improved appearance for teeth with old or cracked fillings, or for those that have undergone root canal treatments, dental crowns prevent further damage to affected teeth while changing the appearance of a patient’s smile. Engineered to address the problems of weak, damaged, or decaying teeth, high-quality dental crowns allow patients to experience pain-free restoration. At our office, we use CEREC technology with which we can deliver these crowns on the same day.

Bridges

Used to effectively and affordably replace missing teeth, dental bridges restore full functionality while ensuring biting strength and facial shape. Bridges are most often made from gold, porcelain, alloys, or a composite of these high-strength materials. Bonded onto surrounding teeth for support, the viability of your dental bridge depends greatly on the stability and health of the surrounding gums, bone, and teeth. At our office, we use CEREC technology with which we can deliver these bridges on the same day.

Through in-depth consultations and health assessments, we determine just which procedure would be most beneficial to you, providing you with dependable, attractive and durable restoratives. Find out more about fillings, crowns, and bridges by contacting our office today.
